勘定奉行からfreeeへの移行プロジェクトをリーダーとして完遂しました。マスタの設定、データの移行、入力の流れの設計に加え、取込用フォーマットと運用マニュアルまで作り、切り替え後すぐ動く状態で引き渡しています。 Led a full accounting-system replacement, from a legacy Japanese ERP to the cloud platform freee — master-data migration, workflow redesign, import formats, and the operating manuals, handed over ready to run.

AIを経理の実務に組み込むPutting AI into real accounting work

売上の集計、小口現金の計上、事業別の売上レポート作成、仕訳のチェックにAIを使い、確認と判断だけが人に残るようにしています。試すだけで終わらせず、毎月の運用に載せるところまでを仕事にしています。 Revenue aggregation, petty cash entries, per-business sales reporting, journal-entry auditing — AI takes the volume, people keep the judgment. Not a pilot: it carries the monthly workload.

資金繰り管理の工数を削るCash-flow management that stops eating hours

入出金・人件費・月次予算・借入返済など、ばらばらだった情報源を1つにまとめた資金繰表を作りました。更新にかかる時間は4時間から30分になり、経営判断が早く出せるようになりました。 Built a cash-flow framework consolidating payments, payroll, monthly budgets and loan repayments into one place. Update time went from four hours to thirty minutes.

分散したマスタデータを1つにするUnifying scattered master data

年度ごとに別々に管理されていた12箇所のスプレッドシートを、Google Apps Scriptで1つに統合しました。同じデータを二重に持つ状態がなくなり、分析の精度が上がって、以後の手入れの手間も減っています。 Twelve spreadsheets, one per fiscal year, merged into a single source with custom Google Apps Script — no more double-keeping, better analysis, and far less to maintain afterwards.

業務フローを作り直して現場に定着させるRedesigning workflows so they stick

今のやり方を聞き取って文書に起こすところから、改善案の検討、新しい流れの設計までを通しで担当します。管理帳票の設計、運用マニュアルの作成、現場メンバーへの説明まで行い、担当者が代わっても止まらない形にします。 From interviewing and documenting how the work is done today, through to designing the new flow — with the report formats, the manuals, and the training that make it survive a change of staff.
